Packing, or co-packing, is one of the core disciplines of warehouse logistics. We put together your goods in whatever configuration your marketing department, retailers or customers require. Packing for a one-off customer order or periodical packing from stock – that’s up to you. We look after the entire parts list and production management for you. In packing, goods are worth more than the sum of their parts.
To ensure your products attract consumer attention at the point of sale (POS), we attach price tags, campaign eye-catchers and all kinds of labels. On request, we can print your labels in our in-house label printing facility.
Double packs, triple packs, quadruple packs, free add-ons – in sales promotions, it’s all about those enticing extras. We create the multipacks for your discount weeks and special offers. If you want, we can produce them in individual small batches. And, at your request, we can procure all the packaging and advertising materials.
Displays are practical to use, but not always easy to arrange. But you can leave the folding, setting up, assembling, gluing and custom filling to us. In addition, we can order new packaging material on our own initiative and prepare all POS material for loading and transport.
Pre-packed kits are often used for gift sets, or for maintenance and repair of certain devices and systems. For example, we can assemble repair kits from the most frequently needed spare parts or cleaning kits with all the necessary cleaning accessories.
With a manufacturing licence from Swissmedic, we can unpack your pharmaceuticals and pack them with your pharma/healthcare products, your displays or other POS materials for pharmacies and drugstores.
In our customer portal, you will find a range of apps for managing your transport and warehouse logistics data around the clock. Here is an overview of the key apps:
This is our web-based warehouse logistics tool for business and private customers. Here you can enter packing and picking orders, manage your warehouse master data, view your inventory, manage your blocking status as well as view and export delivery notes or invoice attachments. We electronically archive all documents relating to your stored goods.
Our IT department uses an electronic data interface (EDI) to link your ERP software with our transport or warehouse logistics system – or both. This ensures that all transport-related data such as sender and recipient, type of goods, number of items, packaging, gross weight, dimensions and all the information required for warehouse logistics such as article master data, production order, parts list, customer order, status bookings and returns handling match your ERP data. If you do not want an EDI interface, you can enter your orders manually in our customer portal.
Our packing services give you maximum flexibility for rapid, targeted response to market developments.
Your goods are prepared according to the highest quality standards for perfect presentation at the POS.
We create the parts list individually for each order or fixed as per the target item.
For foodstuffs, we make sure that you always present your freshest goods to the market – across all your retailers.
You only pay for the packaging material you actually use.
You can trace every single item of a packed shipping unit at any time.
