Warehouse logistics

We find the right warehouse for every replacement parts logistics scenario – either somewhere in the over 1,040,000 m2 of storage space throughout Switzerland, in one of the 11 high-bay warehouses for 172,000 pallets, or in one of the two fully automatic small parts warehouses (ASPW). Or we adapt our own infrastructure and processes to the special requirements of your replacement parts. It makes no difference whether your replacement parts are particularly small, particularly fiddly or particularly unwieldy. With us, you benefit from more than just a range of logistics handling services, from goods receipt to packing and picking and on to goods issue.

Automatic small parts warehouse (ASPW)

At our state-of-the-art ASPW in Härkingen, 24,000 containers for over 70,000 replacement parts are at your disposal. The ASPW in Felben-Wellhausen has 16,000 containers. We store your replacement parts in space-saving standard containers. They can be Kanban containers if desired, such as for production supply purposes.

Value-added services

Goods provisioning is dynamic in the goods-to-person system, and automated via the pick-by-light process. Your items are carried directly to the order picker in containers or on pallets using the latest conveyor technology. Light signals at each storage location indicate which items are to be picked for the order at hand. We maintain picking stations for individual and layer picking. Naturally, we return opened pallets to storage in our high-bay warehouse. 

Precarriage and distribution

We also handle domestic and international precarriage and deliver replacement parts with our parcel service on the day, or via general cargo for larger quantities. If your wish, the night owls of our overnight service can refill the replacement part kits in your service vehicles overnight. So your service technicians can get right to work the next day.

Customer portal

In our customer portal, you will find a range of apps for managing your transport and warehouse logistics data around the clock. Here is an overview of the key apps:

LogNet
This is our web-based warehouse logistics tool for business and private customers. Here you can enter packing and picking orders, manage your warehouse master data, view your inventory, manage the blocking status and view and export delivery notes or invoice attachments. We electronically archive all documents relating to your stored goods. 

Track&Trace
Track your general cargo, overnight, parcel and Home Services shipments in (almost) real time. As soon as we receive the goods, we apply an electronic tag to every shipping unit. So you always know exactly where your shipment is. As soon as we have delivered it, the delivery confirmation will be available to you as a PDF no later than three minutes after the recipient has signed it. You can also adapt automatic notifications to the needs of your customers. 

TransNet
This app helps you manage your transport orders quickly and securely. You can enter them right in the system or change key data such as recipient instructions, delivery time or type of goods. All data from current orders is continuously retained so you can view it at any time.

Automatic data transfer

Our IT department uses an electronic data interface (EDI) to link your ERP software with our transport or warehouse logistics system – or both. This ensures that all transport-related data such as sender and recipient, type of goods, number of items, packaging, gross weight, dimensions and all the information required for warehouse logistics such as article master data, production order, parts list, customer order, status bookings and returns handling match your ERP data. If you do not want an EDI interface, you can enter your orders manually in our customer portal.
