Anyone who takes part in trade fairs, organises events or acts as a sponsor knows: the actual work begins long before the event. We take care of the entire event material for you, from tiny pens to giant screens. We store your goods, keep them in good shape, clean them and get them ready for the next event. At the appointed time, we bring the material to the event location, set it up and give your stand builder a big helping hand.

Services to brighten the occasion

Intermediate and longer-term storage

We can store your entire inventory of event material at our warehouse locations, be it souvenir pens, stand elements, displays, screens or stand technology components. This includes maintaining the material in good condition, cleaning and material-appropriate preparation for the next event. If objects are damaged, we notify you immediately and discuss how to proceed with you (repair, replacement, disposal, etc.).

Transport and on-site service

As soon as your event location is accessible for exhibitors and stand builders, we deliver the materials with due care in transport. We then confer with your stand builder or your technical personnel. On request, we can provide additional staff or forklifts. With our Home Services, we can provide a big helping hand for setup, assembly, connecting and commissioning on site. And if it turns out something else is needed during the event, we can send it right over with our parcel service.

Event logistics tool

We record all objects in the Planzer event logistics system. We distinguish between consumables (give-aways, candies, etc.) and re-usable event materials (stand elements, t-shirts, technology, etc.). All uses are also displayed in a timeline. So you can always access your inventory, reorder consumables in good time and book the material well ahead of time for the next event.
