Web Shop General Terms and Conditions

The customer may withdraw from the sales agreement by letter or email (Planzer Support AG, Marketing & Kommunikation, Lerzenstrasse 14, 8953 Dietikon or marketing@planzer.ch) within 14 days.

This period begins when the customer receives the goods. Returns can be made only if the goods are undamaged and unused, have no signs of use and the accompanying accessories are intact. Goods must be returned to: Planzer Transport AG, Wareneingang, Allmendstrasse 14, 5612 Villmergen. The customer bears the costs of returning goods.

If the customer withdraws from the agreement, we will refund the customer for all payments made within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds are made via the same payment method chosen by the customer when placing the order.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods or until the customer has provided evidence of returning the goods, whichever is earlier.
